Otter Master, also known as the Strong One or Otter-Sensei, is a highly respected and admired senior figure in the Chiikawa world. Renowned as the top-ranking fighter on the Conqueror Leaderboard, he is a powerful and influential character. Inspired by a sea otter, Otter Master features a fluffy light-yellow body with black ears, limbs, and tail, and a distinctive cross-shaped scar on the right side of his forehead.
